People with these roles will work together with staff to build the plot and may have access to special IC privileges.
Since these characters hold crucial places in the site plot, they are required for continuity. This means that should you be deemed inactive, you may be stripped of that character.

S/he says that s/he wishes to reform the city and the way to do that is through revolution. In his 30's.
